EXCHANGE AND RETURN PROCEDURE:
Before placing an exchange or return request, we require brief comments about the reasons of the request and proof pictures in case of defective items.
A copy of a return airway bill will be sent to the customer and he will be asked to drop the goods and packages to the shipping company.
A notification message will be sent to the customer once the goods are received in our warehouses.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY:
Goods can be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase
Goods must be in its original packaging and all accessories or gifts must be included, including the price tags and any complimentary items provided.
Goods bought on sale or special offer can be exchanged or returned only in case of manufacturing fault.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
All orders are processed shortly after the payment and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are only able to do it if the order is under process or shipped. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
The full order amount can be refunded only if the order still not processed.
Orders which are already under process and still not shipping can be canceled with an assessed amount of cancellation fees
Orders which are processed and shipped can be canceled with the deduction of an assessed amount of cancellation fees and the full shipping fees.
After receiving the goods in our warehouses and checking the fulfillment of all the return and exchange terms, the refund can be processed between 10 to 20 working days.
